CODE OF ETHICS 


GOOD MANNERS AND CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

• The College gate will be closed at 9.30 am. The college reserves the right to grant permission to enter the campus after the gates are closed. No student can leave the campus during the working hours without permission from HOD and Principal.
• All students of this campus should be modestly and elegantly dressed on all days. On all working days, except on Wednesday, all students are expected to wear the uniform in the prescribed manner only.
• On Wednesday
                     Boys should be dressed in shirts and pants.
                     Girls should be dressed in churidar with a shawl.
Low-waist jeans, Round neck T-shirts (Collarless), leggings, other casual wear, sleeveless and tight-fitting dresses are not allowed.
• ID cards will be provided to each student with his/her Name, Photo, Address and Blood group printed on it. All the students should wear their ID Cards while they are on the campus and in the college bus.
• Students must do a proper haircut and they are expected to come in neatly with combed hair to the college. Boys must do proper shaving.
• The college is your own and therefore you should help to keep it clean and tidy. The college is eco-friendly; students are not allowed to leave plastic carry bags, bottles and wrappers in the college premises carelessly.
• Usage of alcohol, narcotic drugs are strictly banned and prohibited in the campus. Such incidents will be punishable.
• When a student meets a member of the teaching staff of the college within the campus or outside, it is a matter of politeness that he/she should greet him/her.
• When a teacher enters the class, the students must keep standing until the teacher has invited them to sit down or he/she himself/herself has occupied his/her seat.
• Students should keep with them the texts and note books required for classes they attend.
• No student shall leave the classroom during a lecture without the permission of the teacher.
• Students who happen to have no class should not loiter in the corridors or campus during class hours. They must either go to the Library and read or retire to their hostels.
• Students are forbidden to attend or organize any meeting in the college or to collect money for any purpose without the permission of the Principal. They should not circulate among the students any notice or petition or paste it anywhere in the college premises without the written sanction of the Principal.
• Unauthorized gathering is not permitted inside the campus.
• Students should always be respectful to seniors and superiors, polite and courteous to all, ready to oblige and should show themselves lovers of good order and decorum.
• Habitual negligence in college work, dishonesty, obscenity in word or act or any other acts of misconduct will invite severe disciplinary action.
• Students are forbidden from making any mark on the furniture or on the walls or any part of the College premises or to spill ink on the floors or litter the classrooms and grounds.
• Students are expected to keep decency and decorum in their behaviour, dress etc.
• Any damage done to college property will have to be made good.
• Violation of norms will result in punishment/fine/expulsion from the college
